WHO WE ARE

My name is Pradip – Pradip Purtej Singh – though that is not really relevant. I am handicapped (not disabled!) since the age of four, but have had a full professional life. All the persons behind this site, who joined me to support and help get it going, are all aware of the advantages that allow us to be functioning members of society. Apart from birth and nurturing, education and environment, another key secret to success is information: Information that empowers by making us aware of options available in life, in courses of study and avenues of employment, in social development and for emotional stability – and telling us what rights we enjoy as citizens of a sovereign nation. More important than having options, rights and systems of redressal is to be aware of all these to be prepared for life. Whether one is handicapped or non-disabled in the conventional sense. This is our conviction and this our purpose …
